Must have...

Fantastic and helpful app when listening your music on your sofa, no need to leave both place and headphones to change the album using the computer. Need JRiver to work properly.

Great

Great, fine, Speeder than the holder version, well designed. But where is the current playlist ?

Nice

Could it be possible to have a lock screen widget?

Issues since latest update

Great app. Unfortunately it indeed seems to crash under IOS9. Please fix it !

Doesnt work

Server is not acessible, I lost my money!

Hmm...

Videos dont start to play on my PC. The last version was perfect. I hope this one will soon be as good as the last.

JRemote is the best!

Best remote app for JRiver Media Center and in my opinion the best media controller app at all. Now with new IOS 7 design, looks great. Good UI optimizations with version 3.0. Playlist slides now from the right side, perfect!!

Super App, but Mayor functions not implemented for local streaming

The app has two functions: first to act as a remote control for the Media Center player. This works very good and I would give five stars, but the second function is to stream media files thru the iPad/iPone. This is working, but mayor functions like "volume leveling", "crossfading" and "skip leading or trailing silence" are not implemented. Very bad is the missing volume leveling, however, all necessary data are available in the data header. It would be a real improvement to have at least this function implemented. Then, it should have five or more runs stars.

works great

The app looks nice and works great, but loses two stars for sorting albums within an artist section alphabetically and not by year. And for only ignoring English articles when sorting artists. This works great in JRivers Media Center which is the only reason I am using it. The rest is great, but I think its a bit over-priced

Great App, but the Conductor button is missing

The App works great and the look and touch is very good. It would be perfect if for listeners of classical music there would also be a button for selecting the conductor.

Best remote

Loads artwork faster, better customization features, Even better than iTunes! What more is there to say.

Ive never paid $9.99 for an app before

But i read the positive reviews and couldnt help myself. JRiver just sounds Better and having such a fantastic controller to run it is a huge win. Very snappy controls, clean and smooth interface. I love this app.

Jremote

This is a brilliant App. Highly, highly recommended!

Worked until...

So cool and worked until day 2. Then I could not connect. At this price it should be easier than this.

Jriver for Windows7

Amazing program, easy to use.

As good as it gets right now?

Four stars simply because Jriver Media Centre is the only application Ive found that can works well with big libraries and can be tweaked to handle just about any DLNA renderer. Its the only program Ive found that can get my lowly Yamaha RX-V473 to render lossless files from my NAS via my network. Doing so takes some willingness to tinker with undocumented features. Somehow Id rather see the desktop app be $60 than pay $50 for it and another $10 for the remote. Use the desktop apps 30 day trial to make sure its right for your system before buying the remote!

Indespencible

I use this app almost everyday to either control music playback on jriver media centre from a PC to the stereo system, or to stream music from my PC to my idevice while on the road. Work flawlessly every time. I have a ton of music and it handles it all with aplomb. The perfect companion for jriver media centre.

JRemote

I have been using JRemote for the last few months and It has worked quite well. However, if an equalizer was included within this APP, the usage would have been much more practical.

The best gets better every update

Absolutly the best remote app. Pricy but worth every penny Formidable

Great App

Best app I’ve purchased yet. I have all my music on my iMac using JRiver Media Center to manage everything from MP3 to HD FLAC 24bit/192kHz (over 6,000 files). My AV Receiver however is in another room but connected to my iMac by an HDMI cable. With JRemote on my iPad I can view my entire library, listen to any track or playlist, create an impromptu playlist, or even add to existing playlists. The app is surprisingly responsive scrolling through album art and support has been excellent.
